If you are unable to schedule a visit or prefer to do some preliminary research first, this website will give you an idea of some of the different options available.   Once you have an idea of what you would like to achieve, be sure to talk to Denise or Lauren at our Sales Center. They can provide detail on costs and timing for the necessary work. They can also discuss the Home Customization Incentives that may be available to you as a new home buyer at So7.

If you are an existing home owner, the customization work will be scheduled directly with you by our suppliers at your convenience.

If you are a new home buyer, your home customization requirements and any incentives will be written into your purchase and sale agreement.  The work will commence immediately following closing on your contract.
